Title HRMS to Financials Reporting System

Abstract
HRMS to Financials Reporting System is a web based file system designed to
translate the voluminous payroll text files that are FTP’d from the Human
Resources Management System (HRMS) system. This system will enable the 
accountants to log in and verify that the employees were paid properly and
their pay data posted to the proper locations. The system uses a MySQL 
database to contain the payroll information such as days worked, hours paid
and pay period dates. I implemented this system using the Java language, 
Apache Tomcat servlet container, Eclipse IDE, and the MySQL database 
server. Since all of these applications are either free or opensource and 
available for downloading on the internet the client will not incur any 
cost to acquire them. In this presentation, I will demonstrate how I 
created the database, the website and provide a demo of the application at
work.
