- =ANECDOTE ORGANIZATION PATTERNS WRITING SOCIAL
- Patterns are a way to record/transmit/share/create organization's policies.
- Not rules: rules in context!
- PATTERN:=Net{name, context, problem, forces, solution, rationale, resulting_context, related_patterns}.
- Process: incrementally and slowly make tacit knowledge explicit: identify; draft; relate to existing; editing(shepherd); workshop

- =ADVERT Language-action PHILOSOPHY PEOPLE SYSTEMS COORDINATION USER AI
- People use language to make more or less explicit contracts for action. Trust comes from a promised action satisfying expectations.
- action_loop::=#( a.request; b.promise; b.deliver; a.accept).
- Watch out for miscommunication. Exposed by action.
- Loss of market can come from lack of satisfaction in above loop between producer and consumer.
- Used as a basis for Email client.
- Management depends on handling action_loops.
- There are protocols for inventing possibilities.
- disclosure: Implicit awareness of signals about other's thoughts & feelings (but distorted). Need to consciously listen; react; adjust interpretation.

- Proposed situational process model to evolve catalog of situation><practice patterns because CMM audit needs documented practices.
- Used RUP UML process modeling.
