   • Use cases about one type of user and their goals -- the Prime Actor.
   • Use cases are about the user's goals and the ways they try to fulfill these. Steps in scenarios achieve small goals on the way to a big goal. And Goals have different scopes/levels/sizes.
   • Because there are actions that are invisible to the Prime Actor there must be other stakeholders involved with different interests. The Prime Actor want to get candy but the owner of the candy machine wants to get money for the candy... So there are contracts that the system must follow.
   • There is more value in thinking out the alternative scenarios than the main success scenario.
5. How people reacted to use cases...
6. Some peole like formal structured use cases but others dislike them.
7. Advice: Keep them simple. Keep them essential/logical. Use multiple formats: Brief, Casual, Fully Dressed.
8. Mistakes: too many physical details, main use case too long and detailed.
